Weekend with Tango Design

Welcome to the Tango Design School of Argentine Tango!

We are all about social Salon Tango, eager to share our 20+ years experience

of teaching, dancing socially, and performing around the world

with the local Tango society of greater Philadelphia, and guests of the area.

Limited edition Tango workshops are opening on the third weekend of this month.

Saturday, September 16th training will consist of two workshops, linked with each other.

4:00 PM

- During the first hour we will work on the essential individual technique for dancers, concentrating on 

the body craft, footwork know-how, embellishments, preparing for working in a couple.

Followers will work with Lena, and leaders will work with Oleg separately.

5:00 PM

- Second hour - time to utilize the material with a partner. 

We will use certain sequences to solidify the technique, 

figure out solutions for comfortable, smooth, enjoyable dancing in a couple.

These progressive workshops are intended for dancers with experience, wishing to advance their 

skills of social Argentine Tango.

Sunday, September 17th:

6:30 PM

- pre-milonga class. We chose the topic "Play with Vals".

7:30 PM

- Milonga time! - We are going to dance until about 11 PM.

Cost: 

Saturday workshops (both) $60

Sunday milonga $20 (class included).

Please register in advance so we can balance roles!

For efficiency, we will have to limit number of students in workshops.
